4. Lost & Found

During the festival, visit the Information Booth inside the festival. Beach Road Weekend will not be held liable for any lost items.


5. ALLOWED & Prohibited items

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry.

Please note: There is no smoking of any kind in Veterans Memorial Park.

Festival Bag Policy - bags must be smaller than or equal to 18in x 12in x 6in except for diaper bags.


  •  Blankets or Beach Mats

  • Strollers

  • Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)

  • GoPro cameras without accessories

  • Sunscreen lotion (no aerosol containers)

  • Bug Repellant (no aerosol containers)

  • Empty Water bottles (plastic or aluminum). For CamelBak type water bottle the max size is 36 oz

  • External Battery Chargers

  • Bags within bag policy guidelines (see above)

  • One (1) 20 ounce factory sealed water bottle (non-glass)


  • Totems, rage sticks and flags. Items that are deemed unsafe by Festival organizers, inappropriate, offensive or are being used for purposes other than intended are prohibited and may be confiscated on site.

  • Folding chairs/beach chairs. We will have beach chairs & beach mats available for purchase, you will be able to bring your Beach Road Weekend branded beach chair back for remaining days of the festival. You should take your Beach Road Weekend chair home with you every night, Beach Road Weekend is not responsible for lost or stolen beach chairs.

  • Bags will be subject to search. Bag size may not exceed 18” x 12” x 6”. Hydration packs are allowed but must be emptied of all liquid.

  • Liquids in unsealed bottles/vessels

  • Aerosol containers (including sunscreen and personal beauty products)

  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment

  • Any and all professional video equipment – no video recording will be allowed

  • Professional cameras (any camera with the option to detach a lens)

  • Any and all camera accessories, such as tripods, monopods, go pro mounts and attachments, detachable lenses, or other commercial equipment

  • Drones or any other remote flying device

  • Camping or Tent setups

  •  Cordoning off your chairs with tape/rope

  • Coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use)

  • Suitcases

  • Hammocks

  • Outside musical instruments or AV equipment

  • Professional grade radios/walkie talkies

  • Glass containers of any kind

  • Firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc)

  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind

  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia

  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol)

  • Umbrellas

  • Pets (except service animals)

  • Skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles, carts or any personal motorized vehicles

  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind including umbrellas

  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

  • Bicycles inside the festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance. Beach Road Weekend is not liable for lost or stolen property)

  • No Inflatable furniture (rafts, chairs, etc.)

  • Laser pointers

  • Any other items deemed as a possible threat to the safety of other festival-goers

6. Security screen & entry

For the safety of everyone attending the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry.

Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.

All bags will be searched before entry.

Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

At any time during the entry process if you have questions, ask for assistance from Festival Staff located at the front gates.


7. exit & re-entry

All ticket holders can enter and exit the festival as needed. You must receive a re-entry wristband at the exit in order to get back in the festival. Ticket holders and their belongings will be searched upon entry and every re-entry to the park.


8. cash & credit cards

There are ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees. All vendors accept credit cards, including the Festival’s Merchandise tent.

3. What Are The Entrances to Beach Road Weekend? 

  • Main entrance is at Veteran Memorial Park’s southeast side off Lagoon Pond Road

  • VIP and GA+ will have a dedicated VIP fast past entrance, skip the lines!

4. Where can I park my car?
    Parking is not available at Veterans Memorial Park. For information on where you can park your car and take the Beach Road Weekend Shuttle to the festival, please CLICK HERE

3. Is There Camping Allowed at the Park?
No, there is no camping at Veterans Memorial Park. However, MV Family Campground offers tent, RV and cabin rentals AND they are a Beach Road Weekend partner, CLICK HERE to book your stay at a discounted rate!



1. What Type of Tickets are Available?
   Purchase your ticket on our Tickets page, where you’ll find more details on each festival ticket type. PLEASE NOTE: Prices are subject to increase at any time.

2. Are Children Priced Tickets Available?
   Yes, Children 2 years-old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket holding adult. Children GA tickets are available for children 3-12 years old with purchase of adult ticket. Limit 2 children per ticketed adult. If you purchase an adult ticket and want to buy a child's ticket later, please call the Beach Road Weekend Box Office at 888-712-2929.

3. How Many Tickets Can I Buy? Is there a Limit?
   No, there is not a limit to tickets. 
Although, a
ny person or group that would like to purchase a group package of 20 or more tickets should call the Beach Road Weekend Box Office at 888-712-2929.

4. Buying From Third-Party Sellers?
   If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, you should only purchase your tickets from, or one of our authorized ticketing outlets on island. In the event of a festival cancellation, your tickets may only be refunded when purchased through these avenues. Tickets from other websites or resellers cannot be verified by the festival.


5. Non Transferable
   3-Day passes are non transferable. 

6. Refund Policy
