2. Lost & Found

During the festival, visit the Information Booth inside the festival. Beach Road Weekend will not be held liable for any lost items.

3. ALLOWED & Prohibited items

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry.

Please note: There is no smoking of any kind in Veterans Memorial Park.

Festival Bag Policy - We strongly encourage you to not bring bags of any sort. If you must bring a bag, please abide by the following
Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bag (maximum size: 12” x 6” x 12”)
Clear one-gallon re-sealable zip top bag
Small purse or hand-held clutch (maximum size: 4” x 6”)
One bag per guest

ALLOWED*

  • Blankets or Beach Mats

  • Strollers

  • Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)

  • GoPro cameras without accessories

  • Sunscreen lotion (no aerosol containers)

  • Bug Repellant (no aerosol containers)

  • Empty Water bottles (plastic or aluminum). For CamelBak type water bottle the max size is 36 oz

  • External Battery Chargers

  • Bags within bag policy guidelines (see above)

Prohibited*

  • Totems, rage sticks and flags. Items that are deemed unsafe by Festival organizers, inappropriate, offensive or are being used for purposes other than intended are prohibited and may be confiscated on site.

  • Bags that do not fit within our bag policy above. All bags are subject to search

  • Liquids in unsealed bottles/vessels

  • Aerosol containers (including sunscreen and personal beauty products)

  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment

  • Any and all professional video equipment – no video recording will be allowed

  • Professional cameras (any camera with the option to detach a lens)

  • Any and all camera accessories, such as tripods, monopods, go pro mounts and attachments, detachable lenses, or other commercial equipment

  • Drones or any other remote flying device

  • Camping or Tent setups

  •  Cordoning off your chairs with tape/rope

  • Coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use)

  • Suitcases

  • Hammocks

  • Outside musical instruments or AV equipment

  • Professional grade radios/walkie talkies

  • Glass containers of any kind

  • Firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc)

  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind

  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia

  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol)

  • Umbrellas

  • Pets (except service animals)

  • Skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles, carts or any personal motorized vehicles

  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind including umbrellas

  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

  • Bicycles inside the festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance. Beach Road Weekend is not liable for lost or stolen property)

  • No Inflatable furniture (rafts, chairs, etc.)

  • Laser pointers

  • Any other items deemed as a possible threat to the safety of other festival-goers

4. Security screen & entry

For the safety of everyone attending the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry.

Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.

All bags will be searched before entry.

Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

At any time during the entry process if you have questions, ask for assistance from Festival Staff located at the front gates.

Beach Road Weekend staff is ready before, after, and during the festival to answer any of questions or concerns you might have. Please have patience- we receive many emails each day and will answer questions in the order in which they are received.

1. What Are Transportation Options To and From The Festival?

2. Is There Camping Allowed at the Park?
    
No, there is no camping at Veterans Memorial Park. However, MV Family       
     Campground offers tent, RV and cabin rentals.

 

8. TICKETS/PACKAGES

1. What Type of Tickets are Available?
   Purchase your ticket on our TICKETS page, where you’ll find more details on each
   festival ticket type. PLEASE NOTE: Prices are subject to increase at any time.
   Children under 2 are admitted FREE with a paying adult ticket holder.

2. Buying From Third-Party Sellers?
   If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, you should only purchase your       tickets from BeachRoadWeekend.com, or Ticketmaster.com. In the event of a festival     cancellation, your tickets may only be refunded when purchased through these 
   avenues. Tickets from other websites or resellers cannot be verified by the festival.
