2. Lost & Found

During the festival, visit the Information Booth inside the festival. Beach Road Weekend will not be held liable for any lost items.

3. ALLOWED & Prohibited items

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry.

Please note: There is no smoking of any kind in Veterans Memorial Park.

Festival Bag Policy - We strongly encourage you to not bring bags of any sort. If you must bring a bag, please abide by the following
Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bag (maximum size: 12” x 6” x 12”)
Clear one-gallon re-sealable zip top bag
Small purse, fanny pack or hand-held clutch (maximum size: 4” x 6”)
One bag per guest

Festival Chair Policy - In an effort to properly maintain a clear view for all attendees, and more effectively manage the crowds, chairs will not be permitted to be brought on the site from unaffiliated or unrelated sources. There will be a limited number of chairs available for purchase in advance. If any remain unsold at the time of the festival, they will be available on site. Supplies will be limited.  Placement of chairs will be restricted to certain areas of the park, and may be in areas without a full view of the stages. No guarantees can be made of the location chairs will be able to be placed, and spots on the field may not be reserved from one day to the next.If there are ADA concerns, please send an email to and accommodations may be made for seating in our ADA section.


  • Blankets or Beach Mats

  • Chairs/Seatbacks that sit FLAT on the ground. Example HERE

  • Strollers

  • Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)

  • GoPro cameras without accessories

  • Sunscreen lotion (no aerosol containers)

  • Bug Repellant (no aerosol containers)

  • Empty Water bottles (plastic or aluminum). For CamelBak type water bottle the max size is 36 oz

  • External Battery Chargers

  • Bags within bag policy guidelines (see above)


  • Totems, rage sticks and flags. Items that are deemed unsafe by Festival organizers, inappropriate, offensive or are being used for purposes other than intended are prohibited and may be confiscated on site.

  • Bags that do not fit within our bag policy above. All bags are subject to search

  • Liquids in unsealed bottles/vessels

  • Aerosol containers (including sunscreen and personal beauty products)

  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment

  • Any and all professional video equipment – no video recording will be allowed

  • Professional cameras (any camera with the option to detach a lens)

  • Any and all camera accessories, such as tripods, monopods, go pro mounts and attachments, detachable lenses, or other commercial equipment

  • Drones or any other remote flying device

  • Camping or Tent setups

  • Outside chairs that are on legs or a frame, besides the official festival chair sold at the festival merchandise website or on festival grounds.

  • Cordoning off your chairs with tape/rope

  • Coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use)

  • Suitcases

  • Hammocks

  • Outside musical instruments or AV equipment

  • Professional grade radios/walkie talkies

  • Glass containers of any kind

  • Firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc)

  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind

  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia

  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol)

  • Umbrellas

  • Pets (except service animals)

  • Skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles, carts or any personal motorized vehicles

  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind including umbrellas

  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

  • Bicycles inside the festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance. Beach Road Weekend is not liable for lost or stolen property)

  • No Inflatable furniture (rafts, chairs, etc.)

  • Laser pointers

  • Any other items deemed as a possible threat to the safety of other festival-goers

There will be onsite storage lockers and can store luggage, bags, etc during the festival and will also store purchased chairs overnight. All reservations are available in advance HERE


5. Security screen & entry

For the safety of everyone attending the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry.

Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.

All bags will be searched before entry.

Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

At any time during the entry process if you have questions, ask for assistance from Festival Staff located at the front gates.

Beach Road Weekend will be following local health and safety guidelines at the time of the festival.

2. Is There Camping Allowed at the Park?
No, there is no camping at Veterans Memorial Park. However, MV Family       
     Campground offers tent, RV and cabin rentals.

   festival ticket type. PLEASE NOTE: Prices are subject to increase at any time.
   Children under 2 are admitted FREE with a paying adult ticket holder.

2. Buying From Third-Party Sellers?
   If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, you should only purchase your       tickets from, or In the event of a festival     cancellation, your tickets may only be refunded when purchased through these 
   avenues. Tickets from other websites or resellers cannot be verified by the festival.
