The Beach Road Weekend VIP Experience offers guests unparalleled views, lounge quality comfort, complimentary beverages, and a tasting menu from the Islands best restaurants and caterers.

  • $25,000 budget for food & service
     

  • Two 3-Day Beach Club VIP Tickets
    with access to the Up-Front Viewing Section, or a $3000 ticket bank to be used to purchase single day passes.

     

  • A Complimentary VIP working pass for you and a Manager to Represent and Promote your work
     

  • Prominent Signage Promoting your Restaurant in the Dining Lounge Area
     

  • Inclusion on our Website, Social Media pages, and marketing campaigns as an Official Partner
     

  • A Full Page Ad in our Beach Road Weekend Welcome Guide
     

  • Use of our 15x15 finishing kitchen on site

Three of the Best
Submissions will receive:

  • One Day Service (August 25, 26, or 27)
     

  • Food Service for 200 guests in our Center Skydeck and 500 guests in our Beach Club Lounge
     

  • Cheese, Veggie, and Bread trays for first course upon doors opening at 11am
     

  • Four Single Serve plated Tasting Portions served at 90 minute intervals beginning at Noon. Service to be provided in the Beach Club Lounge & in the Center Skydeck First Floor concurrently
     

  • Staff to prepare, plate, and serve food. Beach Road staff can be requested to help with service.

Culinary Partners would provide:

  • SHRIMP COCKTAIL SERVED IN A BOAT

  • BURGER SLIDERS SERVED IN A BOAT

  • POKE IN A CONE WITH WONTON CHIPS

  • CLAM CHOWDER SERVED IN A BOWL

We’re not interested in forcing a menu on you, but the key to pulling this off is simplicity with an eye towards coastal New England cuisine if possible.

We provide the serving vessels, utensils, and napkins.
